The Nanny Connection makes finding quality childcare easy by providing two different types of services, the NANNY SERVICE and the PROFESSIONAL SITTER SERVICE.

Nanny Service:

The company actively recruits, investigates and interviews individuals who wish to be placed as nannies.  We offer full-time, part-time and live-in placements.   A nanny is often times the best solution to in-home childcare needs.   A nanny represents your family and is committed to you and your children. They esteem similar values as your family and have one-on-one interaction with your children. The right nanny means peace of mind.

Professional Sitter Service:

Finding the right sitter for those last minute emergencies, events, or scheduled outings can be a worrisome task.   By being a part of our sitter service, you only need to pick up the phone and tell us your request. Many families moving to NW Arkansas do not have family here and are not established.

Simple getting out for a relaxing night on the town with your spouse can be impossible if you are not connected to the community.   We will help you get connected and provide dependable sitters for those special needs.

Extensive screening process for childcare candidates:

      q Criminal background check

q Motor vehicle check

q CPR certification (candidates who are not currently certified are required to take certification classes as they are offered)

q Personal references are checked

q Previous employers are reviewed

q Extensive in-person interview with an officer of the company
